Columbarium Inurnment Fees
Niche Prices: Top to Bottom: Levels 1&2 - $2000.00 [$300.00 Care & Maintenance Inc.]
Levels 3&4 - $1800.00 [$270.00 C&M inc.]
Levels 5&6 - $1600.00 [$240.00 C&M inc.]
Plaque: $900.00 at time of niche purchase. $ 1500.00 at a later date
Date Tabs: $150.00
Service/Administration Fee: 150.00
This fee includes the documentation for the niche, an opening/closing of a niche for inspection, the Bereavement Authority of Ontario Consumer Protection Fee and the installation of the plaque.
In-Ground Internment Rights
Cornerstones are included in the price of the first grave.
First grave: $ 1000.00 ($ 600.00 + $ 400.00 (Care & Maintenance C/M)
Each additional grave is $ 725.00 ($ 435.00 + $ 290.00 C/M)
Two grave plot is $ 1725.00 ($ 1035.00 + $ 690.00 C/M)
Three grave plot is $ 2450.00 ($ 1470.00 + $ 980.00 C/M)
Four grave plot is $ 3175.00 ($ 1905.00 + $ 1270.00 C/M)
Other In-Ground Fees
Service/Administration Fee: $250.00
This fee includes the installation of the cornerstones and the documentation at time of sale.
Interment fee- No outer container. $500.00 [This covers the cost of the rehabilitation of the grave after the casket has collapsed]
Marking (staking) Fee: $150.00
This includes the Bereavement Authority of Ontario Consumer Protection Fee.
Move Cornerstones: $200.00
Monument Pricing: As per supplier's price list
Office Fees
Interment Rights cancellation fee (over 30 days): 10% of Current Interment Rights costs
Documentation Transfers - $100.00
Other consultations (at the cemetery or office) - $50.00/hr (1 hour minimum)
Care and Maintenance Fees
Columbarium: 15% of the purchase price
Fee for each lot (grave): 40% of the purchase price ($290.00 minimum)
Monument Care and Maintenance Fees:
These are usually collected by the monument dealer and sent to Knox.
Flat marker (more than 176 sq.in.) $100.00
Upright Monument (less than and including 48 in. wide) $200.00
Upright Monument ( longer than 48 in. wide) $400.00
